This is an inside hive top feeder.  Place the hole in the feeder over the hole in the inner cover for bees to access to the syrup.  Place super on the inner cover to cover the feeder and then cover the super with the hive top. You now have access to refill your feeder without the bees having access to you.  For Ten Frame hives.
